Cons: Too much demand with the card to enter to play. I had lost my passport and they didn't let me in with the paper that the civil registry gives. There are no considerations, one is treated as a criminal, being that I was going with 2 friends who served as a witness of who I was. I know that that paper is not good for doing paperwork, but not for entering a game room. It's inconceivable. The attention of the doorman and another manager who took care of me is terrible. They don't listen to explanations. I am a professional and not a criminal. Demasiada la exigencia con el carnet para entrar a jugar. A mi se me había perdido mi carnet y no me dejaron entrar con el papel que da el registro civil. No hay consideraciones, a una la tratan como delincuente, siendo que yo iba con 2 amigas que servían como testigo de quien era yo. Sé que ese papel no sirve para hacer trámites, pero no para entrar a un salón de juegos. Es inconcebible. Pésima la atención del portero y de otro encargado que me atendió. No escuchan explicaciones. Soy una profesional y no una delincuente.
