Mario KristoffPros: I am only writing this review due to what I witnessed as a customer .
I was sitting at the machine a woman came in showed the man her ID. She ran to the restroom. When she returned maybe 10 min later she purchased cigarettes. Dottys worker, Caucasian older grey hair male spoke to a customer so rudely it made me finish out my game and leave. Who times a woman to use the restroom then calls her out her name using the B word and the lady had done nothing wrong. I seen her outside crying so I suggested she write a review. I will be reporting this to corporate this incident and the attack of a customer should never happen. Then this guy tried to make the lady show her ID again basically taunting her.
For sure Dottys has los me as a customer.

I am making my complaint with the attorney general then filing the proper paperwork when the courthouse opens. They have all agreed to go to lola’s or anywhere but dottys.
This is the same guy who joked about robbing dottys and I didn’t think that was funny. What worker says they should have their friend come rob the company they work for.
