Contras: The lady called Lisa. Very very rude. I play quite a lot of money, it was just before 7pm shutting time! I got the feature and she was watching me, I did explain I didn’t like being watched. And that’s my choice and opinion. She carried on staying there until I said I am on a feature I want to play it on my own! At this point the feature was over and I didn’t enjoy because she kept watching, not only that while I was on the feature it was 7pm! I knew it was closing time but I was in the feature at the same time. She was telling me to get off, telling me it’s 7pm and I need to get out. She was so rude, disgusting manor about her! And I had spent £900!!!! Not only that other lady’s was still in there playing! And never said a word to them!
I play often and I certainly play in other places and in my 18 yrs of playing I have never had service like that before!! Treating me looking at me like a piece of shit, all I had was play in quiet and spent alot of money for someone to tell me to get out and hurry up!!!
