Pros: Come in one day is ok next day told is members only and to sign up on line when try to do not possible.

Cons: Everything no customer service whatsoever.

Cons: Tried to enter with my wife and was denied entry, was told it was members only. When I asked we would like to become members were told this can only be done on a Monday or Tuesday. Am I the only one that thinks this is crazy, to be honest I believe the entrance guy was just to lazy or didn’t have the know how to accomplish this task. Very poor management

Cons: The fact that my husband and I were denied and true for absolutely no reason. We are visiting overseas on our honeymoon, from Canada. The man at the front was extremely rude and said it was membership only without asking if I even had a membership. I googled and it is not membership only. He lied and this is a horrible place.
